Today, got the listening file, which talked about a couple of phrases, and I would like to share with you guys here as below:

1. veg out - to describe someone doesn't want to do anything, just want to stay home for spending time to get relaxation

eg. I just veg out watching TV at home every Sunday, as I always feel very tired after the whole week's hard working

2. flip out - the meaning is similar with "freak out", to describe that somebody is very angry with sth., which cannot bear any more

eg. I flipped out last Sunday when the neighbor played his music very loud again.
