We sometimes feel physically tired and mentally exhausted from the work and life, how do you deal with that? For me, handling the physical tiredness should be getting more rest, dealing with mental exhaustion would be a bit difficult, but no matter what, I try to keep the calm mind and ordinary heart for the issue I am facing. when i am tired I 'll rest for a while and call my husband, tell him about that. With his comfort, life will be easier.
